Around 140 members of staff work for Conradi+Kaiser at the Kleinmaischeid premises, in Austria and northern Germany investing all their passion and high level of expertise in new developments and products for private and public exterior spaces. Their commitment is the basis for the company’s sustainable success.

The diversity of business sectors makes it possible for our trainees as well as members of staff to get a comprehensive insight into the work of a medium-sized company. In contrast to many other companies, we send our apprentices, in the course of their apprenticeship, through the whole company to make sure that they get an insight into all the different departments. This is why our members of staff do not only have a high professional qualification but also an alert mind and flexible combination skills.
Training and promoting our members of staff is our biggest asset. We offer excellent perspectives for employees and trainees, we promote young talents, e.g. by dual courses of studies, and thus actively fight against the shortage of skilled manpower.
